Jo is so passionate about what she does as well as being incredibly good at it and she’s lovely, kind and genuinely cares. What Jo’s done is much more than declutter my house, she’s decluttered my life as well. But I’m back to enjoying it now and the weight of everything, has been lifted, which is a huge relief.

I used to love organising things but the build up of ‘stuff’ from 15 years in the house, made it an overwhelming task and something that was a constant source of worry and stress. I’d been going around in circles trying to do everything at once and then running out of time and shoving it all back in cupboards again, but with Jo’s help we’ve worked our way through room by room and the change has been sustainable - it won’t drift back because there’s finally a place *for* everything rather than lots of places *with* everything. She’s also incredibly respectful and careful with everything as she goes through it and categorises it and helps you work through what you want to keep, recycle, give away, sell or dump. It has been such a fantastic experience Jo is amazing, the way she goes through everything is so logical and methodical that it breaks what seems like an overwhelming job down into manageable chunks. She is lovely to work with positive, encouraging, efficient and hardworking and I am looking forward to tackling more rooms and continuing to overhaul and reduce my paperwork (which is already so much easier to manage). (just north of Atlanta) and have been around for at least four years. They also accept tech devices (helping to solve tech’s trash problem ). She has been a real lifesaver at a time when I was really struggling to cope. Decluttering your desk can seem like a distraction from your to-do list, but can actually help boost productivity. Decluttr is a website (and an app) that offers people a pretty easy way to sell their used media items, such as CDs, DVDs (and Blu-Rays, of course), games, and books.

Pauline has worked tirelessly with sensitivity and respect to create order and better organised space for us all to enjoy. I have four children and my mother living with me, and all the paraphernalia and accumulated stuff that accompanies a large active family. She has also transformed our hallway - what was an obstacle course of shoes and outerwear, is now a calm space where everything has its place and shoes can be easily accessed and put away. The dining room floor is clear for the first time in years and both rooms are so much easier to use with clear surfaces and ordered cupboards and shelves. Pauline has worked wonders and our kitchen and dining rooms are now a pleasure to be in.
